The meeting point for the get-together is at 7:00 p.m by the main entrance of the conference venue, University of Helsinki main building ("Päärakennus"), located at Fabianinkatu 33 (map). The plan is to have a walk (c. 1.5km) through some of the main sites in downtown Helsinki to Restaurant Manala, street address Töölönkatu 3 (details of the restaurant). The main course in the restaurant is included in the registration fee.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday September 8 to indicate whether you are able to participate in the get-together. We need this information in order to ensure an appropriate number of seats in the restaurant.
